Shipping policy

 

Items are normally shipped within 2 business days (not including Saturdays & Sundays), but will definitely be shipped within 3 business days from when full, cleared payment is received.

 

We do not usually post over the weekend, or bank holidays.

 

All of our stickers come with application tape applied and fitting instructions included.

 

We ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also, in some cases, it is not financially viable to ship certain items internationally as the cost of shipping far outweighs the value of the product.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

Returns Policy

We are happy to cover all postage costs for faulty, or incorrectly supplied items, as long as they are reported within 7 days after the item was received  and returned back to us within 30 days of delivery.

If the item arrives damaged in transit, we would ask that you take a photo for use in a claim to the courier.

Postage costs will be refunded to your account (depending on method of original payment) once we receive the returned item in an unused condition.

If you have merely changed your mind and no longer want the item we have no issues in accepting the return. However, you will be required to cover all return postage costs.

We will not accept returns if ANY attempt has been made to apply a decal or sticker.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
